Structural Patterning Therapy is intense bodywork transcending “Deep Tissue/Sports Massage.”  When performed properly it does not hurt. This technique de-compresses joints so they can operate freely (reduced friction) and provides good nutrition & waste management. This therapy leads to improved physical performance allowing an individuals spirit to soar.

European Swedish Massage is a whole body, muscle specific approach to achieve deep relaxation; long soothing strokes facilitate circulation, preparing the muscles for mild manipulation. Gentle kneading of the big muscle groups relieves tension, allowing for improved nutrient absorption.

Neural Integration Massage is designed to improve mobility, clarity of thought and manage physical stress. You remain fully clothed during this session. Participation with the therapist in facilitated resistance stretches requires very loose or spandex clothing. Accu-pressure points are incorporated during stretch cycles to maximize the re-writing of neural software programs operating your musculature.  You will feel “taller and lighter” after the session.

Orthopedic Massage re-aligns the muscular forces governing our skeletal frame beyond the superficial (gross movement muscles), all the way down to our CORE stabilizing muscles. The result is greatly enhanced physical performance. There is an excellent probability of healing pinched nerve syndromes, headaches, back pain, sciatica and chronic pain that you may have had to “learn to live with”.  Orthopedic massage is highly focused bodywork in specific areas of the body.  The techniques utilize:

  • Accu-Pressure Therapy

  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy

  • Osteopathy Therapy

  • Neuro-Muscular Therapy

  • Structural Patterning Therapy

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is specifically for active people and/or those who have undergone corrective bodywork and are looking to maintain their peak level of well being.  This body of work is excellent as an on going protocol (once a week, two weeks, three weeks), depending on your profession, stress levels, amount of physical stress exerted during work and/or play. This body of work gently incorporates some Structural Patterning Therapy, neuromuscular and accu-pressure techniques, removing muscular strains and stresses from the major joints improves agility and reduces physical stress.

About Andrew Dimmer (Advanced Neuro-muscular Therapist):

After years of chronic pain ensuing in spinal trauma with resultant invasive surgery I was driven to become educated in medical massage. Over the years, I have developed a passion for empowering people to realize far greater physical potential. Working predominantly with men and women suffering from neuropathies to ideopathies has produced a wealth of knowledge I use to assess and resolve pain complaints, as well as improve physical performance.
