CranialSacral Training
Instructor: Dr. Norman Lewark, DDS, M.Arch., 970.527.7415 |
About CranialSacral: CranialSacral Treatment(CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of enhancing the function of that system. It is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. Everyday stresses and trauma can distort the CranialSacral(CS) system. This in turn affects the function of the central nervous system and potentially everything it interacts with. CST helps to eliminate negative affects and imbalances and improves overall health and well being. This work is fast becoming recognized as a very powerful tool to access deeply into the nervous system to release tension and to unwind traumatic events.
Following is a list of some of the common conditions treated:
| • Migraine headaches |
• Chronic neck and back pain |
| • Motor coordination impairments |
• Central nervous system disorders |
| • Orthopedic problems |
• Brain and spinal cord injuries |
| • Scoliosis |
• Infantile disorders |
| • Chronic fatigue |
• Stress and tension related problems |
| • Fibromyalgia |
• Connective tissue disorders |
| • Temporomandibular joint dysfunction |
• Neurovascular or immune disorders |
| • Post Traumatic Stress |
• Postsurgical dysfunction |
